About Granny and Her Diary

Welcome!

Have you ever noticed how fragile human life has become? Have you ever wondered how the average lifespan of a human has drastically declined from 100 and above years to 60 to 70 years max within a few decades?

Isn’t it startling to observe that many of us have developed a lot of hair, skin, teeth and other health issues at an early age compared to our grandparents.

Did you recognize that our ancestors lived a healthy life for more than 100 years with not much damage to their teeth, hair and skin even in their late 70s?

Surprisingly all the above questions are true and sound a bit scary to acknowledge them. However, I completely attribute our lifestyle and the diverse chemicals we use in our products as the main detrimental sources for all the issues we face today. But don’t worry, we still have a solution.

That’s my “Grandmother’s diary “, a book filled with tremendous tips for health, beauty, child care, cooking and many other hacks to make daily chores easy and healthful.

Let me introduce my Granny…

My Grandmother, a timeless beauty, witty, loving, kind, overall a super talented woman with no words to describe her. Born and married in a farmer’s family, she lived her entire life close to nature.

Even though she is in her late 70s, she is very active and does her own chores without any dependency. She still enjoys strong teeth, silky gray hair, wrinkled yet soft skin that shines in the sun. She is more energetic and enthusiastic than many middle -aged women of this generation. Subsequently, seeing three generations till now, she still is quite enthusiastic to learn the latest gadgets and of course social media is her favorite hobby.

However, she never gives up on spending her time close to nature. She is the perfect living example of teaching greatness of several old customs to younger generations to obtain the habit of healthy living in the place of sedentary living.

She always tells us that her way of living is the secret behind her amazing health. On my recent Birthday, she gifted me her diary. An old book with full of tips for a healthy living especially useful for this urbanized and fast generation. This approach of creating blogs is an inspiration from her diary. With the thought of sharing her love in the form of day to day tips with all, I carefully chose the best ones. You will find many useful elaborated natural tips with home available materials on various aspects. I call this diary of hers as “the Golden book of ancient traditions”

My lovely grandmother, “the walking library” of ancient home remedies perpetually uses only natural ingredients even today. In my opinion her diary, she passed over to me is nothing but a continuation of old customs and traditions of ancient India, to lead a long and healthy life.
